I find it rather amusing that many are selling the same foundation articles and most have bothered to change a few words here and there to make them ‘different’ or possibly to avoid copyright. Copyright cannot be avoided by simply adding or changing a few words, the changes must be substantial to avoid copyright, though the owner of the original document has not been identified and it does originate from the USA as can be clearly seen by the copied documents issued by KYRG Mike operating in a cloak known as Operate In The Private.
I have made the common form of foundation articles available for anyone to copy in this video and anyone wanting to create documents for free can use this video, and as I have said many times, the articles (just as trust deeds) are a simple base only to running these private entities. We must have these articles or deeds to prove the existence of the entity but it is more important to learn the skills to be the gatekeeper and just as important to learn clever bookkeeping skills and techniques to be able to stand up to opposing authorities trying to get into these private entities as thieves, and this is where my work differs, I provide that support and training and heavily modify documents to suit the needs of your entity for additional protection.
Years ago I was in a group called Solutions Empowerment, which ultimately crashed due to the unscrupulous and unethical actions of the ‘leader’ Mark Pytellic. He was preaching about the consent needed to contract with the government and agents and the contracting by deception methods being used. I find it rather strange that the pals of Pytellic are doing the same thing and one in particular, Peter Duff, selling foundations, seems to have some rather interesting binding agreements in his documents.
Duff, via NHCCO (New Humanity Collaborative Community) or NHSlF (New Humanity Suveran Lor Foundation) has included a monthly donation to his own foundation and all those that come to me from Duff and his difficult or lack of support, have not dared to discuss this with him. Donations by their nature are free and are not a commitment, so how he includes this in the articles is basically a contract, even though it is at ‘the discretion of’ the principals, this is unbelievable! He is taking advantage of vulnerable people looking for answers and his own foundation is profiting monthly from this inclusion. I find it comical that he offers the option to donate to him instead of paying taxes, when it looks like a duck….

Duff also has a unique section in his articles which is giving the power to make changes to the foundation directly to him and his power overrides the power of the principals, this effectively makes Duff the governor of all foundations created by him. This is highly unethical in the private sovereign world and gives Duff control of your foundation as a governor in the same manner as a solicitor has right of entry into every trust where they are the grantor, a very powerful position.
And what I found rather disturbing was the comments made about his foundation, NHCCO “supports some 30 young people around the world, mostly orphaned girls”…. With another statement saying that in their community age of maturity is age 14. I am rather uncomfortable about this determination and brought it up with Duff many years ago and his response by email is also below. I believe that the current NWO/WEF/KING and cronies are also trying to lower the age of consent for all things to 12.
My comments on the email are in black, with Duff’s in blue. A good explanation but there is good reason the age of consent is 21 and now lowered to age 18 and attempting to reduce it to age 14 for ‘spiritual reasons’ is a nice sounding cloak for other things to take place. A good example of things done ‘spiritually’ is the spate of catholic church priests and their preference for youngsters.
Next we have this vital piece of information;
The above means that every word on the foundations created by Duff & cronies, means what THEY say it means and cannot be interpreted by you or a dictionary of any kind. This takes away your ability to read and interpret the foundation. This means that you may have entered into a contract you do not have full understanding of.
And last but not least, the most important piece is this insertion into some of Duff’s foundations;
The word SHALL legally means MUST. The above section 14 states that when your foundation is wound up (for any reason or by any entity) then the assets of the foundation MUST go directly to the creator (owner) NHA.
The above is the most serious form of breach of trust I have ever seen, because people have trusted Duff and Pytellic (aka Borleis) to create them a foundation for their freedom and instead have bound the people up to their own devices.

Some people are coming to me asking questions about Peter Duff. I have nothing more to say about him. I am not in any way connected with him and have never actually met the man or talked to him in person, does he actually exist?? Nobody that has talked to me has actually ever seen the man, maybe this is another persona of Mark, who knows what is truth with that crowd.
The people contacting me are doing so out of frustration, they say regularly that Duff does not answer emails or answer the phone, these people are asking Duff to change the foundation articles so the principals have more control over the foundation they are managing and controlling, but Peter Duff is avoiding these questions, he doesn’t want to lose control over the assets he has created for himself and his foundation.
There is a remedy and it is very simple, using the principles of commercial law. Contact Duff three times, document this so there is evidence, and then when there is no answer on all three attempts, then the power is rightfully in your own hands, because Duff has abandoned ship and when that happens, the others on the ship have a duty to take control lest the ship end up in dangerous territory.
This means to take notes, in a document, a diary, emails or something similar, and create the evidence to support your claims. Then hold a special meeting of the principals and discuss the matter, make a resolution and document the decision (minutes), and then change the founding articles by amendment, and set yourself free. Read over your founding articles, there may be several sections that require alterations. This is done in exactly the same way as the government makes amendments to their laws, study how they do it and then recreate the document in whole as an incorporated, or complete and up to date document, while the originals are always there to find when needed.
