Create your own Australian Private Foundation and operate your business in Common Law.

On this site you will be able to take the first steps to creating your own Private Foundation, access supporting documents and join a small network of other Foundation owners to help answer your questions in a practical and useful way.

New Foundation applications are available to new members. Membership will include Foundation documents and access to support documents.

Support Membership is available to those that have an existing foundation and require support.

Revelations 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

To come out of one place means you are to go to another place, and this means there is always another way, another doorway to enter, a choice to make and a remedy from the system because they always need our consent to participate.

When there is public policy then the private policy must not go against it, it must not cause harm. There is trust law in every state and that means that trust deeds must be in alignment. There are no such regulations on private foundations, private member associations or private projects. The entities which are not covered by laws, statutes or regulations are protected and private and are entered into by private agreement. Anyone over the age of 18 is able to enter into a private agreement or contract and unless the contract is going to cause harm to the public then the agreement stands as valid and lawful.
