Definitions

Any reference to the singular is reference to plural and vice versa. Any reference to ‘I’ is a reference to the person who has placed their name on the application after payment has been made and also includes every other person in the association or entity directly or indirectly connected to the applicant for the purposes of this agreement.

Details

  1. This agreement is binding on all parties, heirs and successors to the parties.
  2. This agreement includes your express agreement to perpetual non-disclosure to any party not included in your application, such non-disclosure extends to courts and solicitors and barristers or any other representative.
  3. You hereby expressly agree and covenants in full agreement and without division, that you will hold harmless and indemnify the trainers of Yahsus Foundation and its members from and against any and all claims, legal actions, orders, warrants, judgments, demands, liabilities, losses, depositions, summonses, lawsuits, costs, fines, liens, levies, penalties, damages, interests, and expenses, whatsoever, both absolute and contingent, as are due and as might become due, now existing and as might hereafter arise, and as might be suffered/incurred by, as well as imposed on me for any reason, purpose, and cause whatsoever and so provide such agreement perpetually. You do hereby and herewith expressly covenant and agree that Yahsus Foundation and its members shall not under any circumstances, nor in any manner whatsoever, be considered an accommodation party, nor a surety, for injury now or in the future.
  4. You agree that any information shared with you is for training purposes only and is not to be considered as legal or account advice and you acknowledge that members of the Yahsus Foundation are not purporting to be a registered accountant or solicitor and is sharing information and knowledge for your valuable consideration to allow you to make better informed decisions to establish a private foundation or trust. Information shared with you will be shared by a member who gained extensive experience as a professional bookkeeper to over 200 different business entities in Australia and the knowledge shared will give you some insight and tools for you to apply to best practice operations of your business entities.
  5. You agree that will take note of the information provided and will continue to carry out your own research to enable you to make your own decisions about the operations of the entities discussed in training sessions.
  6. I understand that the information provided is intended to be private training specific to the needs of my unique structure and discussions will be relevant to my private information shared with admins only.
  7. You understand that if you choose to withhold or keep certain information private that the information discussed with you will be based solely on the details you provide.
  8. You agree absolutely and perpetually to be bound by the terms of this agreement and the terms and conditions or any other things provided as agreement on the website or applications on the Yahsus Foundation website known as Foundation-Private.com.
  9. You agree to keep all documents, emails, information, videos, audios and all other data contained in the membership area of the website www.foundation-private.com or www.copyrightclaimservices.com which become available to you or other documents provided by Yahsus Foundation members by any other related service or platform, strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other men or women that are not members or participants of the training sessions.
  10. You acknowledge that sharing of the documents provided through the service of Yahsus Foundation may cause harm to other parties and that you accept full liability for the consequences if private material is shared with our without consent.
  11. I agree that all zoom sessions will not be recorded for private or public use under any circumstances.
  12. You agree that a breach of this agreement will incur a One Million Dollar (AUD) fee due and payable within 30 days of issue of invoice from Yahsus Foundation and you further agree that non-payment of any invoice issued to you will be registered on the PPSR under full commercial terms. Invoices will be issued in the name of the applicant and the association or trust as the case may be.
  13. All members of the unincorporated association or trust and any other connected entities to be discussed are bound by this agreement made by their express or implied consent or tacit agreement by the applicant.
  14. You acknowledge that at the point the donation is made, this agreement commences in entirety.
