If you proceed to the application for your trust you are agreeing that you will hold harmless the author of the trust. The trust is being provided to you as a document, and the document only has the power of your understanding.

Your knowledge behind the document is where the true power of any document is, it is your understanding of the words, words on paper create a PRIVATE LAW for you and this is recognised by the government only if you have the power and knowledge to enforce it by standing your ground.

We offer you this document for you to use in private to protect your assets,(this is not for your home, car or other property) your BC estate is your biggest asset, and that of your parents, grandparents and children if claimed if they have not claimed themselves. This trust gives you arms length protection from your PERSON who is protected in trust and you become the Trustee or the (Power of) Attorney. Study this if you do not understand how this can work for you. A trust protects assets, and cannot harm a beneficiary.

You will not hold the author or admins of this site accountable for your short comings or losses if any are incurred. If you do not know your BC trust estate number then please do not continue until you have obtained a recent copy of your BC. In Australia this is a 9 digit number usually the BC registration#/year, or it can be the opposite way around; year/reg#. In UK the number is the NHS number. It is our experience that the number can change over time, including adding check digits or letters. It is up to you to decide what your account number is.
