Email support is to provide you will quick and simple answers to your questions to enable you to fine tune strategies that have been discussed in detail on private zooms that you may choose to put into place in your association.

Email support is not given to manage complex issues which would require further training or discussion. If you require further training then you have the option to make additional bookings on zoom or to make payment for an extended training package. Admins have the right to mark certain email questions or topics as complex that will require additional zoom time or training, because what you think may be simple, may be more complex than you are aware of as there are always many other external factors that require your consideration to succeed with strategic moves.
