- All payments made on this site are donations to the Yahsus Foundation.
- Refunds do not apply to donations paid.
- All our products are offered to you according to our Hold Harmless Indemnity and Non-disclosure agreement (HHIND). You must read this before you continue, failure to do so will not void the agreement.
- We operate in UTMOST Good Faith and insist that you do the same.
- Membership to access this site does not commence until your application for your chosen entity package or training package has been accepted and approved by the administrators as instructed.
- If at any time we feel a mistrust of any kind by your actions, we reserve the right to cancel your membership/package and we reserve the right not to disclose our reasons for the cancellation. Any activity we feel is suspicious or dishonest, of any kind, will constitute our belief of a mistrust.
- From the point of application you have 7 days to complete your Foundation or Trust application. Extension may be granted on request if there is a valid reason for the extension.
- Reminders for proceeding will not be sent to you, you are responsible for managing your affairs in a business-like manner. If you want to take charge of your world, then this is a great place to start acting like you are in charge.
- You must select your product carefully. The product selected is the product training and membership will be limited to. Membership has been categorised and limited by category.
- Choice of product includes the list of content included and does not include or purport to include any additional content or items.
- All zoom training is carried out with the people named on the founding application and will not include any other people.
- Zoom training is carried out in one hour blocks, however if the session extends beyond the one hour then the additional time will be part of the full zoom time in the package purchased. When a zoom reaches 1 hour you will be notified and it is your choice to continue for additional time if there are no other appointments booked for other clients. Time is strictly calculated in 15 min blocks or part thereof.
- All training packages are provided in block packages advertised and will be trained specifically for your individual business structure.
- We keep the data you provide to us for the sole purpose of training you. We will never give or sell your data to any other person outside of our private contract. Your data is kept as secure as we can keep it in the same manner as we store our own private data.
- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as the need arises at our absolute discretion. Changes made to these terms during the time of your membership period will absolutely apply to you. It is your duty to check the website for changes made to these terms and conditions.
- Support by email will be given to members with current membership only. Email support will be provided whenever possible for simple matters, any issue that we deem to be complex must be carried out over a private zoom session. Members and past members may choose a training package or book single hour zoom sessions. This option is limited to current and past members only. Read our Fair Use Policy here.
- You agree to treat this service as a opportunity to obtain training which is provided to suit your situation wherever possible if you have been open and honest in providing us with full disclosure about your private dealings. We cannot accept applications that drag on for some time without action being taken by the applicants. Anyone who wastes their time and our time is agreeing to have their application closed and cancelled without notice unless a valid reason for delay has been discussed with admins and any other trainers or persons of the site.

- Membership is for 12 months strictly and will not be extended under any circumstances except by way of donation for additional training packages that suits your needs.
